what?

Nth is a community of musicians who have realised that music is not a competition and there is room for everyone!

We believe in working together, mutual encouragement, helping each other out and having a good time.

how?

Nth exists to provide a forum for mutual support, encouragement, and a base for activity in music culture and sub-cultures.

We hope to achieve this by organising events to meet up and play music in towns and cities across the UK; these can be from simple gatherings to whole nights of entertainment.

Every once in a while we join together and celebrate the community through a festival or gather to encourage and inspire one another at our conference.

why?

Music provokes a reaction. It has the power to rouse a nation, to change hearts, lift the mood, be the anthem of the moment, celebrate life. Music can be the cry of a broken heart, the voice in our darkness, the hope we cling too, and provide the words we long to say. Music changes things: situations, people, lives, and nations.

Through the ages people have realised that there is something more to music, something deeper than the notes, the rhythm, the melody, the lyric. Music is spiritual.

We believe in the unifying force of music, that it is a divine blessing that enables us to understand life and discover the God who creates it. As we show the love that He gives to those we meet, our hope is that others will join in with the song of eternity.
